This is what working 1:1 together will look like
I will begin by asking you to fill out an in-depth questionnaire describing to me the challenges you are experiencing with your baby or child’s sleep. This will give me a very clear picture of your situation and help guide me towards solutions appropriate for your child
We’ll schedule a 60 minute zoom or phone call. This is a lovely opportunity to get to know you better, set goals and develop a plan that you are entirely comfortable and confident to implement. It also gives me an opportunity to understand your parenting style, how to support you better and choose sleep coaching techniques that align with your parenting beliefs.
Based on our consultation, I’ll create a detailed sleep plan customised to your baby’s needs and your family’s lifestyle. The plan will be comprehensive, but easy to follow with step-by-step guidance to help your baby develop healthy sleep habits.
Your journey to better sleep doesn’t end after our initial consultation. I offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure long-term success. Whether you have questions, encounter challenges, or simply need reassurance, I’m here to provide continued support every step of the way through texts, voice messages or email.
This session is to assess progress and celebrate your wins. Ensuring that your child’s sleep continues to improve and you feel confident in maintaining healthy sleep habits for the long term.
